I work at the intersection of risk, strategy and governance, helping organisations strengthen resilience, improve risk oversight and make informed decisions in complex environments.
I view risk management as a strategic capability — one that enables organisations to anticipate uncertainty, protect value and support long-term performance.
My interests include Enterprise Risk Management, Strategic Risk and Business Resilience, with a particular focus on international organisations and the Middle East.
Academic research exploring topics relevant to risk, strategy and organisational performance:
- Les armes de destruction massive d’Hiroshima à la guerre Iran-Irak (1945-1988).
- La fabrication d’ypérite pendant la Première Guerre mondiale et les législations internationales relatives à l’interdiction des armes chimiques durant l’entre-deux-guerres.
- La réorganisation par la France de l’Armée de Terre japonaise sous l’Ère Meiji (1866-1872/1872-1880).
